BOOKING POLICY

To ensure efficient scheduling and to accommodate all of our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee for future bookings. In the event of a no-show, you will be required to pay the full price of the missed service to schedule another appointment. Please note, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. Guests are not permitted unless you are under 18, in which case a parent may accompany you. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our policies.

TREATMENT PACKAGE POLICY

When you purchase a treatment package, it is essential to schedule your sessions within 1 to 2 months of each other to maintain the effectiveness and continuity of your treatment. Please note, treatment packages are non-transferable and must be used by the same individual. If sessions are not booked within the required timeframe, the package will be forfeited. For example, if your first session in an Algae Peel package is on May 1st, your second session must be scheduled within the following 1 to 2 months. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in forfeiture of the package.

REFUND POLICY

At Goddess Beauty Bar, we are committed to providing the highest quality treatments and product recommendations. Please note that we do not offer refunds on any products or services. If a product is damaged upon arrival, please inform us on the day you receive it so we can address the issue promptly.
